Ferva por 10 minutos. Retire a pele dos tomates. Passe todos os ingredientes com o caldo no liquidificador e retorne para a panela.  Acrescente a páprica (ou colorau),  o azeite, o manjericão picadinho. Ferva por mais 15 minutos ou até ficar no ponto de molho que desejar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Nota:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt; Este molho é uma delícia! Serve de base para muitos pratos (a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;lmôdegas ao molho, bifes à parmegiana, macarronadas, pizzas, lazanhas, outros...) .  A mesma receita para adultos é só carregar nos temperos. Misture a carne com o ovo inteiro, a salsinha  e sal e temperos secos a gosto; Espalhe a carne na bancada sobre um papel filme. Espalhe o recheio e enrole a carne com o recheio retirando o papel; Unte uma forma com margarina ou azeite coloque o rocombole; Cubra a forma com papel alumínio e deixe no forno por 15 minutos. Retire o papel alumínio; Derrame fios de azeite e deixe dourar por 5 a 7 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;2. &lt;span&gt;Enquanto assa o Rocombole, prepare o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; Molho de Tomate:&lt;/span&gt; Coloque para cozinhar o tomate, a cebola, o pimentão, o alho em uma panela com água suficiente para cobrir os ingredientes. Após 15 minutos desligue e passe no liquidificador. Retorne a panela e acrescente o sal, a páprica e o magericão picadinho; Cozinha por mais 5 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Sirva no prato da garotada fatias do Rocombole e cubra com o molho de tomate. Salpique salsinha... &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1 tomate picadinho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1 dentão de alho ralado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1/2 pimentão picadinho (melhor amarelo)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1 ovo cozido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Salsinha a gosto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Tomate seco a gosto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Ervilhas frescas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Azeite a gosto&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;" &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparo:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1. Coloque azeite na panela com o alho, a cebola, doure , acrescente o pimentão picadinho, o tomate picadinho, a salsinha picadinha, refogue tudo e desligue.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;2. Acrescente o bacalhau, vire tudo com uma colher de pau delicadamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;3. Cozinhe as batatinhas em água (sem sal)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;4. Cozinhe levemente as folhas de couve, com uma pitada de sal e um fio de azeite.&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;" &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Montagem do prato:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1. Unte com azeite um prato refratário, coloque uma camada com a metade das batatinhas, a camada de bacalhau com tudo refogado, cubra com o restante das batatinhas;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;2. Nas bordas do prato distribua as folhas de couve em rolinhos;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;3. Decore com ovos cozidos, ervilhas frescas e muito azeite.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;4. Leve ao forno até o bacalhau cheirar. &lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sirva com arroz branco e purê de abóbora. Coloque na panela de pressão o óleo, a carne de músculo cortada em cubinhos, a cebola, o alho (ralados) e o sal a gosto. Refogue até dourar a carne.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;2. Coloque água suficiente para o cozimento na pressão por 15 minutos (ou até que fique macia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;3. Acrescente na panela a batata doce, a cenoura, o chuchu, o gerimum (abóbora), as folhas de couve, o tomate maduro (sem pele). e a salsinha. Todos os  ingredientes cortados em pedacinhos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;4. Acrescente mais água e sal (se necessários). Cozinhe na panela de pressão por 10 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;5. Retire da panela, separe a carne com um pouco do molho.  Amasse com um garfo os demais ingredientes até formar um purê ou sirva tudo em pedacinhos.&lt;br /&gt;6. Ferva a água com sal e azeite e coloque a massinha (gravatinha) para cozinhar. Escorra. Unte uma forma / prato refratário e espalhe a massinha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2. Cozinhe o espinafre. Esprema e corte picadinho.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3. Numa panela, derreta a manteiga e junte a  cebola ralada , em fogo baixo. Adicione a farinha de trigo e mexa até ficar uma mistura homogênea; acrescente o leite, a gema batida com garfo aos poucos e cozinhe, mexendo, até que o molho comece a engrossar ligeiramente. Adicione o espinafre. Tempere com sal  a gosto. Cozinhe sem deixar levantar fervura, mexendo constantemente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4. Aqueça o forno previamente (175°).  Adicione  o molho quente sobre a massinha . E gratine por 10 a 15 minutos. Cozinhe sem tampa, em fogo alto, até a água começar a secar e atingir o mesmo nível do arroz. Coloque as ervilhas. Tampe a panela, abaixe o fogo e termine o cozimento. Depois de refogado coloque água suficiente para o cozimento e deixe no fogo por 20 minutos. Quando a água entrar em ebulição, acrescente o macarrão cabelinho-de-anjo e deixe cozinhar por 3 a 4 minutos.  Escorra em água fria. À parte, refogue a carne moida no azeite, temperada com a cebola, a salsa e o sal a gosto. Unte uma frigideira com azeite e espalhe a massa. Cubra com molho de tomate, coloque o queijo e a rúcula. Um fio de azeite, tampe a frigideira e asse em fogo médio (não vai ao forno). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Tempo de cozimento:&lt;/span&gt; 7 minutos em fogo médio. Retire da frigideira, coque em uma bandeja e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; corte em quadradinhos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;.
